Joga was introduced to me by Founder Jana Webb. After an hour-long introductory class, I learned the many beneficial outcomes of incorporating Joga into one's daily workout regimens. Joga helps with injury prevention, increases mental health, helps support the nervous system and helps maximize mobility, stability and core strength. At Phlexx we focus on health, balance, and strength which is why I decided to amalgamate Joga into my client's workouts.

Singer - Actress Becky G Begins her Fitness Journey with PHLEXX CEO Mario Guevara

Becky G makes fitness a part of her life. The young Star has begun a strength & conditioning program with Mario Guevara. Becky looks to increase her strength & stamina to help her perform at a higher level.

It is no doubt the “sin pijamas” singer has a busy schedule. Therefore, she has joined our PHLEXX online community which she will utilize to assist her fitness needs while on the road. The app will provide her with customized workouts designed by Mario Guevara to meet her specific needs.

At PHLEXX we strive to accommodate all of our client's fitness needs and goals. Whether it is not having access to a gym or limited equipment, we will help you reach your fitness goals. Phlexx X Los Angeles marathon

Last month, Phlexx founder Mario took on a personal goal he set himself, to run the Los Angeles marathon. Through his regular workouts and added running schedule, he built a strong fitness base leading up to the marathon. We are so happy to introduce our new PHLEXX bands. This set was made with top quality materials to ensure durabilty. Our strength & toning package was made for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced fitness enthusiasts.

First you will find our PHLEXX starter band, this band is great for warm ups and/or burnouts.

The next band is our PHLEXX light band, made for those who are just getting started.

Following is the PHLEXX medium band which is our intermediate band.

Last we have our PHLEXX heavy band for those looking to achieve the ultimate fitness level.
